With the impending arrival of the 2024 RMO, the preparation for the 2024 RMO is full-on. Since Round 1 of the RMO is an online test held in respective primary schools, the Raffles Institution has provided an opportunity for students to get acquainted with the RMO online test.
Students who have signed up for the RMO would have received their login information via email. Using the same login credentials, students would be able to log in to the system for the Trial Competition held on 4-8 March 2024.
2024 RMO Trial Competition
- Since the main of the trial competition is to allow students to get used to the system for the actual competition, most of the questions used in the Trial Competitions were questions from past RMO.
- You will notice that questions in this RMO trial competition came from RMO questions more than 10 years ago. However, understanding the key principles tested is still beneficial to aspiring math olympians.
- After analysing the RMO, we noticed an increasing difficulty level in the RMO and recommend students to focus their efforts on more recent past year papers instead.
