Think Academy’s First Physical Gold Medal Class Selection Test for Math

What to expect at Think Academy’s Gold Medal Class
Think Academy held its inaugural offline class on 20 July at Novena Square. Selected Primary 2 students attempted a demanding timed exam of ten math questions. Following that, students were interviewed by our teachers to assess their attitude and aptitude. A seminar on how parents can equip their children with the tools they need to excel, question analysis was also conducted.

During the seminar, Teacher Chris, our Competitive Math teacher with multiple medals under his belt, advised parents that practice makes progress, not perfection.
Because in reality, perfection doesn’t exist.
Practice gives students the opportunity to learn and solve complex problems quickly. When we expose them to uncommon questions, we push them to commit creative problem-solving techniques to permanence. In turn, this develops them to execute techniques accurately and in quick time.
Beyond achieving AL1 grade in Math, we develop learners to become confident individuals who embrace their numeracy potential.
